Baptism and the blessings of technology

Que Tal Familia?
El nino Christopher se bautizo en el Sabado!!! We had such a good ending to our week, we were able to have the baptism of Christopher and all of his family came including his Mom (who is divorved from Hernan) and his step dad and brother. The best part was that Miriam got baptized too, she is a person that has been taught for a long time in the other elders area (Pidcock and Cornelio). So afterwords we had to celebrate so we went to Wingstop. It was such an amazing experience to be able to see Hernan baptise his son. He was so excited but told us, "Hermanos, estoy bien nervioso, tienen que estar aqui para ayudarme si hago un error." I love hernan so much as well as his kids Christopher and Julietta, who will also be baptised this year.
Something cool is that we got to skype in Elder Terry for the baptism as well as the Hermanas in el centro de visitantes en Mexico who sent us the referral for Hernan. Technology is such a huge blessing and something I've noticed is that before the mission I did not use technology at all like I should've I thought about it a lot and I realized that all the time back home I would post something about me or a picture about me, but what I've learned is that technology and social media is not here for you, its here to help hasten the work. So I think I can say that I have been retrained how to use technology and trust me it helps so much.
Another exciting thing is that this week we got a Visitor Center trip with miguel and lidia. Miguel and Lidia were found through Hernan sharing the gospel with them and then bringing them to a ward party. Since then we have been over to teach them several lessons and Hernan has been an amazing help to us as a member present and member missionary. I really do hope one day you can come back and meet him because you can tell that this mans entire appearance and attitude has changed. So things are going well within the area the only thing is that we had to drop Angie due to lack of contact. Apparently being pregnant really has kinda wrecked her and she hasn't been doing very good at all. So unfortunately we haven't been able to meet with her.
The other big thing that happened this week is that the Familia Sanchez moved to victorville, which is like 2 hours away. They are such an awesome family and I will miss them a lot. Anyways Elder Benavides and I are both doing good, unfortunately there is no word on his Visa so he will for sure be here another transfer from what we know. It sounds like its been a real lucha getting visas to Ecuador lately, so we are still waiting on that.
But we are still working hard and will continue to do so. I love you all so much thank you for the emails I really do appreciate it. Maybe dad can teach me a move or two when I get back😂. I love you!!! Les Amo!!
